Highland Park Pool Swim & Tennis Sign-Up Guidelines
In accordance with Phase III Guidelines, Highland Park Pool will be able to welcome members back with the following procedures:
There is a capacity limit of 130 members at the pool at any given time during Phase III. We will update this number as more guidelines are released. We reserve the right to maintain this capacity and this may affect those who are coming to use the pool deck but do not have a lap or dive time slot reserved.
For more information, please contact hpp.communications@gmail.com.
A few more notes:
- Hours of Operation are 11 am-9 pm each day except Sundays. Sundays hours are 9 am-11 am for Serene Sunday/Adult Swim Only, 11 am-9 pm for regular pool hours.
- There is no sign-up required for Serene Sundays. Please note that the pool capacity at this time is 130 people for any timeblock, including Serene Sundays from 9 am-11 am. If you want to attend Serene Sunday and want to stay past 11 am, you must check in with the front desk to see if there is space in any timeblock on that Sunday for you to stay or return to the pool.
- Time slots are for member households and member households encouraged to be mindful of all members and to limit your signups to one reservation per day. This is subject to change based on continued updates from local and state officials. The Board of Directors will also closely monitor the sign-up and may request member households reschedule sign-ups to allow for all members to have the opportunity to use the pool throughout the week.
- When signing up, be sure under QUANTITY to add how many members of your household are attending the pool during that time slot! We have room for 130 MAX during each time slot.
- Members 13 years and under must pass the swim test if they want to swim independently and use the diving boards. Otherwise, parents/guardians must remain with their 13 and under children in the pool within arms reach at all time.
- Highland Beach and Kiddie Pool area, Basketball, and Sport Courts will remain closed for the season.
- Time between each slot is reserved for cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Time slots will be released for the following week every Sunday at 9 pm EST.
- Procedures and time slot availability are subject to change as the pool may receive updated guidance at any time.
- Tennis is relegated to one court only and reservations can be found here.
- Reservations will be held for 20 minutes. Thereafter, walk-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A few more notes:
- You can edit your reservation via SignUpGenius but you cannot access the signup link day before or the day of your scheduled timeblock. Reservations are locked 24 hours in advance to allow for backend administration. If the link shows that there are still spots left, we recommend calling the pool to let them know you would like to be added to the timeblock with open spots.
- If you cannot edit your reservation, you should email hpp.communications@gmail.com. Please note that our wonderful volunteer board manages these emails and will do their best to get your questions answered as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
- If you need to make a change on the day of your reservation, you must call the pool to speak to our front desk.
- Walk-ins will be accepted starting at 20 minutes past the start of each timeblock if there is space available. Be sure to call the pool before arriving to check on space availability. Those with reservations will be given priority to enter the pool. If you are attending as a walk-in, be aware that you will not have a full 2-hour timeblock.
- We ask that all members continue to adhere to the 10 feet social distancing requirements between member households/groups on the pool deck and in the pool.
- Please be courteous to your fellow members and remember to wipe down any pool chairs that you and your household use after each use.
